Parents concerned about their child's weight can use this calculator to determine weather their child's weight is appropriate for his or her height. Because it calculates a child's BMI-for-age percentile, which adjusts for differences in height, it is one of the best tools for understanding how a child's weight compares to other children of the same age and gender.

This calculator will only accurately give values for age ranges from 24 months to 240. Values outside of this range will be rounded to the nearest available age value.
