SRC Application - Process Overview
All applications to the ICTS must be approved by both an Institutional Review Board (IRB) and the Scientific Review Committee (SRC).
Materials Required for SRC Submission:
- All IRB submission documents:
- Electronic application
- Protocol narrative
- Informed consent
- All appendices and attachments.
- SRC Application
- Data Safety Monitoring Plan
- Request for Services
If the research requires full committee review from the IRB, then all documents must be submitted to the SRC one week in advance of the IRB deadline. This will allow SRC review to occur prior to the IRB review, avoiding undue delay.
