| The ICTS has long recognized the critical importance of sophisticated biomedical informatics—both research and support—in transforming the clinical research enterprise at our institution. To ensure that we build a program informed by the best practices and approaches in BMI nationally, we engaged a powerful group of national leaders in BMI as consultants. The scholars outlined below range in expertise from nursing informatics to training and education. We will continue to work with them as the CBMI grows and develops to ensure that UC Irvine can act as a creative partner in the next decade of revolutionary change in how medical information is collected, stored, analyzed, and researched. |
