PILOT AND COLLABORATIVE TRANSLATIONAL AND CLINICAL STUDIES

Our goal is for all UC Irvine and regional translational researchers to see the ICTS as an indispensable support structure for their research. We acts as the translational concept and innovation gateway to access the ICTS, providing a network of informational activities promoting awareness of available resources, while participating in the process of organizing and responding to incoming applications promptly, completely, and responsibly. Support mechanisms will include access to the ICTS’s services and Cores, direct allocation of funds via a Pilot Funds Program, and Team Building Conferences that will catalyze the expertise of local and national experts around a specific research topic.
